نسل جدید سامانه‌های دیجیتال مدیریت سوخت رونمایی شد

این سامانه دارای فناوری‌های پیشرفته، اتصال هوشمند و کنترل کامل از طریق فضای ابری است.

 تلویزیون اینترنتی کشاورزپلاس:   نوآوری دیجیتال در مدیریت سوخت با رونمایی از Emilcloud، سامانه‌ای نسل‌جدید از شرکت ایتالیایی Emiliana Serbatoi، گامی بزرگ به سوی تحول فناورانه برداشته است. این سامانه، نسخه پیشرفته‌تر Emiltouch بوده و با افزودن قابلیت‌های نو، انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتر و کنترل کامل مبتنی بر فضای ابری، افق تازه‌ای در مدیریت دیجیتال سوخت می‌گشاید.

رونمایی بین‌المللی از این دستگاه که توسط شرکت مستقر در مودنا، تولیدکننده پیشرو تجهیزات، دستگاه‌ها و سامانه‌های ذخیره‌سازی، حمل‌ونقل و توزیع فرآورده‌های نفتی و سایر مایعات طراحی شده، در نمایشگاه آگری‌تکنیکا، بزرگ‌ترین رویداد جهانی ماشین‌آلات کشاورزی در شهر هانُوفر آلمان - از 18 تا 24 آبان ماه جاری-  برگزار می‌شود. این سامانه که عرضه رسمی آن برای فوریه ۲۰۲۶ برنامه‌ریزی شده است، از بهار آینده در بازار جهانی در دسترس خواهد بود و هدف آن تعیین نقطه عطفی در دیجیتالی‌سازی و خودکارسازی سامانه‌های پایش سوخت است.

Emilcloud نتیجه توانمندی بخش تحقیق و توسعه شرکت در ادغام «اتصال هوشمند» و «مدیریت کامل از راه دور مبتنی بر ابر» در یک سخت‌افزار نسل جدید است. «قلب» این سامانه، یک نمایشگر لمسی خازنی ۷ اینچی با وضوح ۱۰۲۴×۶۰۰ پیکسل است که دقت، دوام و سهولت استفاده را نسبت به مدل‌های پیشین افزایش می‌دهد. رابط کاربری ساده و شهودی آن، مدیریت عملیات توزیع و پایش مخزن را به‌صورت سریع و ایمن ممکن می‌سازد.

از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های جدید می‌توان به پیکربندی توسعه‌پذیر (قابلیت مدیریت تا ۱۸ حسگر و ۹ دبی‌سنج)، پخش هم‌زمان برای شش کاربر و اتصال چندین دستگاه توزیع‌کننده به یک مخزن واحد اشاره کرد که نیازهای مجموعه‌های بزرگ را پاسخ می‌دهد. سامانه همچنین از پشتیبان‌گیری آنی روی کارت SD برخوردار است که در صورت خرابی یا تعویض پنل، امکان بازیابی سریع داده‌ها و تداوم عملکرد بدون وقفه را فراهم می‌سازد.

در زمینه امنیت فناوری اطلاعات، Emilcloud دارای سامانه احراز هویت چندسطحی (مدیر، ویرایشگر، بیننده) و ثبت خودکار تمامی تغییرات است که بیشترین شفافیت و قابلیت ردیابی را تضمین می‌کند. اتصال امن از طریق پروتکل HTTPS و ارسال اعلان‌ها از طریق ایمیل و پیامک (حتی بدون سیم‌کارت) قابلیت اطمینان سامانه را افزایش داده است.

اتصال انعطاف‌پذیر از طریق Wi-Fi، شبکه LAN یا مودم 4G، دسترسی مداوم به پلتفرم و پورتال تحت وب Emilcloud را ممکن می‌سازد؛ جایی که کاربران می‌توانند سطوح مخزن، میزان مصرف، برداشت‌ها و برنامه نگهداری را به‌صورت لحظه‌ای مشاهده کنند. همچنین امکان خروجی‌گیری گزارش‌ها در قالب Excel، مدیریت از راه دور تگ‌های فیزیکی و مجازی و حتی غیرفعال‌سازی یا ویرایش آن‌ها از طریق ارتباط OTA بدون نیاز به دخالت مستقیم وجود دارد.

ادغام با فضای ابری، مدیریت چندین سایت، پروژه و مرکز هزینه را در یک نمای تحلیلی یکپارچه از مصرف سوخت ممکن می‌سازد. عملیات هر ۵ دقیقه بین پنل و پورتال همگام‌سازی می‌شود و به‌روزرسانی نرم‌افزار و میان‌افزار (Firmware) نیز به‌صورت بی‌سیم (Over the Air) انجام می‌گیرد.

HANNOVER (GERMANY) – Digital innovation in fuel management takes a significant technological leap forward with the launch of Emilcloud, the new-generation system by the Italian firm Emiliana Serbatoi that marks an evolution of the previous Emiltouch by introducing advanced features, greater flexibility and total cloud-based control.

The international preview of the device, realized by the Modena-based company, leading producer of equipment, devices and systems for storage, transport and delivery of petroleum products and liquids in general, is taking place at Agritechnica, the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery, which is being held in Hanover, Germany, until Saturday 15 November. The new system, which will be officially launched in February 2026, was previewed worldwide at the German exhibition but will hit the market in the spring. It has the aim of marking a milestone in the digitisation and automation of fuel monitoring systems.

Emilcloud represents an advancement thanks to the ability, made possible by the R&D dept., to integrate intelligent connectivity and complete remote management via the cloud into a new generation hardware device. The “heart” of the system is a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen panel with 1024x600 resolution, which offers greater precision of use and resistance compared to previous models. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly and safely manage all tank dispensing and monitoring operations.

Among the most significant innovations are the expandable system configuration (which allows up to 18 probes and 9 flow meters to be managed), simultaneous multi-dispensing for up to six users, and the possibility of connecting multiple dispensers to a single tank. Thus also meeting the needs of large-scale systems. The system also includes real-time backup on an Sd card, which allows for rapid data recovery in the event of panel replacement or failure and also ensures and guarantees operational continuity without downtime.

Regarding to the IT security, Emilcloud integrates a multi-level authentication system with different roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) and automatic recording of all changes made, ensuring maximum traceability of operations. The secure connection via Https protocol and the sending of notifications via email and Sms messages (even without a Sim card) further enhance the reliability of the system.

Flexible connectivity (Wi-Fi, Lan network or 4G modem) allows constant access to the platform and the Emilcloud web portal, where you can view tank levels, consumption, withdrawals and scheduled maintenance in real time. Users can also export reports in Excel format, remotely manage physical and virtual tags, and even deactivate or modify them ‘Over the air’ without directly intervening on the system.

Integration with the cloud also allows you to manage multiple locations, construction sites and cost centres, providing a unified and analytical view of fuel consumption. Operations are automatically synchronised between the panel and the portal every 5 minutes, while software and firmware updates are managed remotely using OTA (‘Over the air’) technology.
