ایران، جهان و اتماک؛ پلی که در سخت‌ترین سال‌ها هم فرو نریخت!

در میانه‌ هیاهوی نمایشگاه‌ها، مسیرهای طولانی مأموریت‌های خارجی، و روزهایی که دل‌مشغولی‌های شخصی بسیاری از مدیران بر منافع ملی سایه می‌اندازد، هستند کسانی که همچون ستون‌های آرام و بی‌ادعا، راه را روشن نگه می‌دارند. کسانی که بودنشان نه سروصدا دارد، نه نمایش؛ اما نبودشان را می‌توان در هر شکاف و خلأیی در صنعت حس کرد. حضورشان شبیه چراغی است که در غبار تصمیم‌های سخت، در کوران تحریم‌ها و تغییرات، مسیر را برای صنعتگران و بهره‌برداران واقعی این سرزمین روشن نگه می‌دارد.

علی عباس‌زاده، دبیر آرام و خوش‌اخلاق انجمن تولیدکنندگان ماشین‌آلات و ادوات کشاورزی (اتماک)، یکی از همین چراغ‌هاست. کسی که سال‌هاست در سکوتِ پرکار، نه‌تنها بار مسئولیت یک انجمن تخصصی و حساس را بر دوش می‌کشد، بلکه شأن حرفه‌ای این صنعت را در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی پاس داشته است. او از ایتالیا تا آلمان، از قزاقستان تا ارومیه، در هر رویداد و هر میز مذاکره، نماینده‌ شایسته‌ای برای صنعتی بوده که قلب تپنده خودکفایی در کشاورزی ایران است.

این سال‌ها اگرچه تحریم‌ها راه را باریک کرده، اگرچه لغو برجام بسیاری از پنجره‌ها را بسته و فرصت‌های طلایی را نیمه‌کاره رها کرده است، اما «اتماک» بی‌سروصدا روی ریل حرفه‌ای‌گری باقی مانده است. به گواهی بسیاری از فعالان حوزه مکانیزاسیون، اگر روابط منسجم و اعتمادسازی هوشمندانه چهره‌هایی چون عباس‌زاده و همراهی عقلانی و پخته حمیدرضا نامی    رئیس هیئت مدیره اتماک نبود، تعامل صنعت ماشین‌آلات کشاورزی ایران با جهان امروز بسیار کم‌جان‌تر از این می‌بود. همین مدیریت محکم اما کم‌حرف بود که باعث شد حتی در سخت‌ترین روزها، فدراسیون «فِدِراوناکوما» در بولونیا ایتالیا از همکاری با ایران دست نکشد و همچنان برای تولیدکنندگان ایرانی تا حد امکان از نظر حواشی احتمالی فرش قرمز پهن کند.

این‌روزها در شانزدهمین نمایشگاه کشاورزی ارومیه، وقتی عباس‌زاده بی‌هیاهو کنار تولیدکنندگان حاضر شد، حضوری که برای بسیاری از صنعتگران دلگرم‌کننده و برای رسانه تخصصی کشاورزپلاس معنادار بود، یک واقعیت دوباره خودش را نشان داد:
این صنعت هنوز هم به مدیرانی نیاز دارد که دل در گرو آینده کشاورزی ایران دارند، نه در گرو مناسبات شخصی و سلیقه‌ای.

در برابر برخی چهره‌هایی که نمایشگاه‌ها را سکوی دیده‌شدن می‌خواهند نه سکوی خدمت، مدیرانی چون عباس‌زاده و نیز برگزارکنندگانی چون خانم مریم دهقان ـ که سال‌هاست بدون حواشی با وجود کارشکنی و شیطنت برخی برگزارکنندگان نوپای نمایشگاهی، نمایشگاه‌های شهرستان‌ها را به نقطه تلاقی صنعت، سرمایه و آینده‌نگری تبدیل کرده ـ نماد همان روحیه‌ای هستند که این بخش را سرپا نگه داشته: تعهد، صداقت، و یکپارچگی.

این یادداشت، فقط یک تقدیر ساده نیست؛ یک هشدار آرام اما جدی است. صنعتی که سازندگانش برای هر پیچ و مهره‌ی ادوات کشاورزی‌اش خون دل خورده‌اند، تاب تفرقه، تک‌روی یا سهم‌خواهی‌های پنهان را ندارد. کشاورزی ایران، در دوره تازه‌ای که پیشِ‌روست، تنها با هم‌دلی و هم‌افزایی پیش خواهد رفت؛ با کنار هم ماندنِ مدیران پاک‌دست، صنعتگران خستگی‌ناپذیر، نهادهای تخصصی و رسانه‌هایی که روایت‌گر حقیقت‌اند نه حاشیه.

و اینجا، کشاورزپلاس در فصل تازه مدیریتی‌اش، نه تنها یک رسانه که یک پلتفرم جریان‌ساز خواهد بود؛ چشمِ بینای صنعت، زبانِ صادق تولیدکنندگان، و همراهی که می‌خواهد شأن حرفه‌ای این بخش را به جایگاه واقعی‌اش بازگرداند. ما روایت می‌کنیم تا هم‌افزایی ساخته شود؛ تا فاصله‌ها کم شود؛ تا مدیران شایسته دیده شوند؛ تا مسیر آینده روشن‌تر شود.

روزهای خوب در راه‌اند، اگر کنار هم بمانیم.
و ما، در کشاورزپلاس، متعهدانه و بی‌وقفه کنار این مسیر خواهیم بود.

In the midst of the noise of exhibitions, the long roads of international missions, and the days when personal concerns overshadow national interests for many managers, there are those who—like quiet, unassuming pillars—keep the path lit.
People whose presence makes no noise and no show, yet whose absence can be felt in every gap and vulnerability of an industry. Their presence is like a light that, amid the dust of difficult decisions and the turbulence of sanctions and policy shifts, guides real producers and stakeholders of this land.

Ali Abbaszadeh, the calm and courteous Secretary of the Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Association of Iran (ATMAK), is one of these lights.
A figure who, for years, has carried the weight of a highly sensitive and specialized association on his shoulders, while upholding the professional dignity of this industry at both national and international levels.
From Italy to Germany, from Kazakhstan to Urmia, in every event and every negotiation table, he has been a worthy representative of an industry that is the beating heart of Iran’s agricultural self-sufficiency.

In recent years—despite shrinking pathways caused by sanctions, despite the collapse of opportunities after the withdrawal from the JCPOA ( The    Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action ) —ATMAK managed to stay firmly on the tracks of professionalism.
As many players in the mechanization sector attest, if it weren’t for the consistent diplomacy and trust-building of figures like Abbaszadeh, alongside the mature and steady leadership of Hamidreza Nami, Chairman of ATMAK, Iran’s engagement with the global agricultural machinery industry would be far more fragile today.

It was this quiet yet firm leadership that ensured even in the most difficult days, the FederUnacoma federation in Italy did not sever its ties with Iran and continued—despite risks—to extend a warm welcome to Iranian manufacturers.
A gesture that, especially in the volatile post-JCPOA years, was less a routine protocol and more a sign of earned professional credibility.

These days, at the 16th Urmia Agricultural Exhibition, when Abbaszadeh appeared—quietly yet powerfully—beside Iranian manufacturers, a presence that resonated deeply with industry leaders and held symbolic significance for KeshavarzPlus, a truth resurfaced:
This sector still needs leaders whose hearts beat for the future of Iranian agriculture, not for personal exposure or private agendas.

In contrast to those who see exhibitions as a stage for visibility rather than service, leaders like Abbaszadeh—and organizers like Ms. Maryam Dehghan, who for years, despite pressures and interference from some new and inexperienced organizers, has held provincial agricultural exhibitions steady as junctions of industry, investment, and foresight—represent the spirit that keeps this sector standing:
Commitment, integrity, and unity.

This note is not merely a gesture of appreciation; it is a quiet yet serious warning.
An industry whose manufacturers have poured heart and sweat into every bolt and bracket of a machine cannot afford fragmentation, ego-driven isolation, or hidden power plays.
Iranian agriculture, in the new chapter ahead, will only advance through solidarity—through the closeness of honest managers, tireless manufacturers, professional institutions, and media that tell the truth rather than chase the noise.

And here, in its new era of leadership, KeshavarzPlus will not be just another media outlet; it will be a movement-building platform:

and a committed companion seeking to restore the professional stature of this sector to where it belongs.
