لایپزیگ آلمان میزبان آپیموندیا ۲۰۲۹ شد| گزارش محمود رمضانی از تحولات مجمع جهانی زنبورداران
به گزارش تلویزیون اینترنتی کشاورزپلاس، شهر لایپزیگ آلمان بدون برگزاری رای‌گیری و به دلیل نبود رقیب جدی، به عنوان میزبان کنگره جهانی آپیموندیا در سال ۲۰۲۹ انتخاب شد. همچنین برگزاری دوره ۲۰۲۷ میلادی - 1406 خورشیدی- این کنگره از تانزانیا به امارات متحده عربی واگذار شده است.
«محمود رمضانی»، زنبوردار ایرانی پیشکسوت مقیم خارج از کشور، که در غیاب مدیرعامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره اتحادیه سراسری زنبورداران ایران مسئولیت استفاده از حق چهار رأی ایران در مجمع عمومی آپیموندیا 2025 کپنهاگ دانمارک را برعهده داشت، در گفت‌وگوی تلفنی و اختصاصی با خبرنگار کشاورزپلاس گفت: «این دوره آپیموندیا به لحاظ کمی و کیفی یکی از باشکوه‌ترین ادوار تاریخ برگزاری این رویداد جهانی بود. بیش از 7 هزار نفر در این دوره ثبت‌نام کردند و با وجود ازدحام جمعیت، امکانات رفاهی مناسبی برای بازدیدکنندگان تدارک دیده شده است.»

رمضانی درباره دیگر مباحث مهم و پر مجادله این مجمع توضیح داد: «اتحادیه زنبورداران ایالات متحده آمریکا پیشنهاد تفکیک کمیسیون آمریکای شمالی از آمریکای جنوبی را مطرح کرد. دلیل آنها تفاوت‌های اساسی در شرایط زنبورداری و نژاد زنبورهای این دو منطقه بود. با این حال، این پیشنهاد پس از بحث‌های گسترده، با اختلاف 5 رأی به تصویب نرسید.»
رمضانی افزود: «زنبورهای عسل آمریکای لاتین به دلیل ویژگی‌های ژنتیکی و خاستگاه آفریقایی‌شان در برابر آفتی نظیر واروآ مقاوم هستند و نیاز چندانی به دارو ندارند، اما زنبورهای آمریکای شمالی به دلیل حساسیت بالا و زمستان‌های سخت، تلفات سنگینی متحمل می‌شوند. مخالفان این تفکیک معتقد بودند در صورت موافقت، کشورهای دیگر مانند آسیا نیز خواستار تشکیل کمیسیون‌های اختصاصی خود خواهند شد.»
وی در پاسخ به نگرانی زنبورداران ایرانی درباره احتمال کاهش سهمیه 4 رأی ایران در فدراسیون آپیموندیا، تأکید کرد: «عضویت جدید یک مجموعه تحقیقاتی ایرانی در این فدراسیون هیچ ارتباطی به سهمیه 4 رأی ایران ندارد و رأی مستقل آن مجموعه تغییری در وضعیت دائمی ایران ایجاد نخواهد کرد.»
گفتنی است، لایپزیگ علاوه بر پیشینه تاریخی غنی، زندگی فرهنگی پرنشاط و معماری چشم‌نواز، دارای امکانات گسترده رفاهی و هتل‌های متنوع است که شرایطی ایده‌آل برای حضور هزاران شرکت‌کننده خارجی فراهم می‌کند. این شهر همچنین به عنوان یکی از قطب‌های علمی و صنعتی آلمان در حوزه‌هایی چون بیوتکنولوژی، فناوری‌های سبز و صنایع دیجیتال شناخته می‌شود؛ حوزه‌هایی که ارتباط نزدیکی با مباحث علمی کنگره آپیموندیا دارند.

Leipzig, Germany Selected as Host of Apimondia 2029 | Report by Mahmoud Ramazani on Developments at the World Beekeepers’ Assembly
According to KeshavarzPlus Internet TV, the city of Leipzig, Germany, was chosen as the host of the 2029 World Apimondia Congress without a vote due to the absence of a serious competitor. It was also decided that the 2027 Congress, originally awarded to Tanzania, would instead be held in the United Arab Emirates.
Mahmoud Ramazani, a veteran Iranian beekeeper residing abroad, who in the absence of the CEO and members of the Board of the Iran National Beekeepers’ Union was responsible for exercising Iran’s four votes, told a KeshavarzPlus reporter in a phone interview:
“This edition of Apimondia was one of the most magnificent in the entire history of the congress, both in terms of quantity and quality. More than 7,000 people registered for the event, and despite the crowds, appropriate facilities were provided to ensure comfort and convenience for visitors.”
He also commented on another major debate at the assembly:
“The American Beekeepers’ Federation proposed the separation of the North America Commission from South America, citing fundamental differences in beekeeping conditions and bee species in the two regions. However, after extensive discussions, the proposal was ultimately rejected by a margin of five votes.”
Ramazani explained further:
“Honey bees in Latin America, due to their African origins and genetic traits, are naturally resistant to the Varroa mite and require little or no medication. By contrast, bees in North America are more sensitive and suffer high winter losses. Opponents of the proposal argued that such a precedent might encourage other regions, such as Asia, to demand their own separate commissions.”
Addressing concerns among Iranian beekeepers about the possible reduction of Iran’s four votes within Apimondia, he stressed:
“The membership of a separate Iranian research institute in Apimondia has no impact on Iran’s permanent four votes. The institute’s single vote is completely independent and does not alter Iran’s existing status.”
It should be noted that Leipzig, in addition to its rich historical heritage, vibrant cultural life, and striking architecture, offers extensive amenities and a wide range of hotels that create an ideal environment for hosting thousands of international participants.
